  I order 2 small fries for my children threw drive way they gave me 1 only. When I walked in to explined about it. The supervisor running the Monday shift when she approached me she was speaking Spanish and rudely laughed then gave me the other fries after checking my recipt. She didn't apologise for giving me the wrong order. I was very disappointed I am one of their most visite costumer.

  Fries were terribly soggy. I requested ketchup in the bag and I get back to work to fine ONE packet! Not nearly enough to cover a medium fry in any amount. On top of that...I ordered a sweet tea and they gave me regular tea. Completely awful. I never complain but this is just bad.

  They tale your order, repeat it back to you, and then give you the exact opposite of what you ordered. EVERY TIME!!!!!!! They either don't care about customer service or are too stupid to read the order. Never going back to this location. If I could give negative stars, they would get all.
